Condo Fees & Taxes

As a member of the condo association you directly help control your monthly condo fees, This fee is designed to cover the cost of all exterior maintenance, including snow removal, landscape care, as well as any repairs to exterior walls or roofing. A detailed list of everything that is covered under your condo fees will be presented to you at the time of the closing.

Municipal property taxes, as you can appreciate, vary from town to town. A rule of thumb is to assume your estimated annual tax bill will be between $2600 to $3200, contingent of course, on the appraised value of the property and the town in which you reside.

Warranties

We use only premium building products in your new home. From Maine-built Paradigm high performance, low E-glass windows, to Certainteed siding and 30-year architectural Owens Corning asphalt roofing shingles, only high quality name brand, environmentally friendly products are specified.

Should you experience a problem with your new condo in the first year, just call us. We provide a limited full warranty for one year. Additionally we also provide an additional warranty through the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Corporation.

Kasprzak does not specifically cover items covered under manufacturer or supplier warranty. However, for the first year, we'll assist you in obtaining service if you are unable to do so directly with any supplier or manufacturer.
