Energy conservation is on everyone's mind. We understand how important this is- especially during a Maine winter. Our condos high efficiency thermal pane windows and high R-rated insulated walls and roofs, matched with energy saving heating systems, provide the right environment in which to enjoy your home year round.

Other important features of our condos include kitchen appliances, windows, boiler, and much of our lighting all receiving the Energy Star label - meeting the federal government's energy efficiency program. Now we're offering options for solar powered hot water heating systems, designed to further cut the cost of your monthly oil bill.
