Founded by Stephen Kasprzak, a leader in Maine's housing industry, Kasprzak Builders is a proud member of the National Association of Home Builders. Over the past three decades Kasprzak Inc. has designed and built over 2,000 single-family homes.

In 1995, Kasprzak began the development of unique condominium communities in Kennebunk, beginning with Waterford Greene and later, six condo communities in Coventry Woods. These were followed by River Ridge, Topsham, and Spinnaker Ridge, Wells, and in 2003, Signature Pines in Brunswick. Ridgefield at Pheasant Knoll, an age-qualified community in Gorham, was developed in 2005. The following year, Sandy Brook at Riverbend Woods in Wells joined our family of Kasprzak condo communities. In 2008 we began Heritage Pines at Riverbend Woods in Wells. And this year we’re pleased to announce Schooner Landing, also in Riverbend Woods. Condominiums there will be available this summer.
